For example, are you finding work causes you the most stress? Try working on different projects if this is the case. Only when you are aware of the anxiety cause can you eliminate it. Try learning about different beverages that may help in offsetting your anxiety. For instance, a lot of people recommend chamomile tea as a wonderful way to soothe anxiety. Try chamomile yourself in a soft and stress-free environment to help lower your level of stress. If you suffer from an anxiety attack while in bed at night, there are a few things you can do to help ease your symptoms. Moving around, eating an apple, drinking water or even watching TV can help. The more you move, the better you will rest when you settle back down to sleep. Put a name to each anxiety trigger.
