Training for adolescents up to 16 years
Any training session of a 16 year old or younger should always be done under the supervision of a trainer. In no way should be made exercises with weights greater than 30 kg. Even better are exercises with body weight or general strengthening.

If you see your friends doing squats with heavy weights and "nothing happens" to them, it does not mean at all that neglect the rules do not bring negative consequences to health a few years later.
