Omega 3 may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction by lowering triglyceride levels and blood pressure and preventing the formation of life-threatening thrombi. Oily Fish eg: Salmon, Flax seeds, walnuts, and Canola oil. Omega 6 An essential fatty acid (should be combined in equal portions with Omega 3's).
