King of Monster Ball and a new challenge

by C:F Team on 24th November, 2010 at 11:45 AM CEST

Monster Ball has ended now

Creepy, scary, something wow!

You have brought on Earth the mean

Thrilling, the great Halloween.

And it’s time to recognize

To reward, to give a prize

For the best among us all

Winner of the Monster Ball!

The wizards of Challenge:Future have spoken. They have decided who is going to receive the recognition of the entire Challenge:Future hobbit community and who is going to get the cool gadget: the legendary Waterpebble.

But before the fog disappears and the mist goes away, please give it up for the 5 Evil Judges that put their minds to work, looked into the crystal globe and selected the Evil ONE: AnaSandraTanjaLucian and Mat.

And, drums.....the winner of the Challenge:Future Monster Ball Quick Challenge + is: Denis Povh with his idea Trick or Treat.

Congratulations Denis for this idea and also for the great way you implemented it! Hopefully we will get to see more of your dark side, in quick challenges that is.

The Judges referred to this solution as:

‘I think his picture was a great mixture of innovative face painting and costume design. Nevertheless, the picture made me felt creepy and scary and for that he is my winner!'

'picture suits this quick Challenge. It is scary, guy had a nice costume and in the same time green and fresh with this nice background. I feel the Halloween night there. And the story behind is exciting. I totally can imagine what he means , because I have experienced that situation.’

‚Because he dressed up nicely and looks scary, because the title refers to Halloween, because in his first comment he tells us the story about how he spent the Halloween. It is a clear and complete image of Halloween seen from his view.

Also nominations for being creative, scary and playful at the same time went to: Marusa Novak with Marusa’s Halloween, Terje Vingisaar with Scary Ice Age and David Gojo with Go Dan!!!

Hoping that you enjoyed this QC+, here is a compilation video with the best entries:

New QC+  ‚2011 is the year of ___’

Holidays are coming! Challenge:Future needs your help in designing and creating the best Christmas greeting card ever! How can you contribute to this? To participate in this quick challenge and shape the C:F Christmas greeting card, please post your answer by filling in the blanks with only ONE WORD: '2011 is the year of _______'. Because playing with words is fun, the winner gets a really cool Scrabble Game.
