UNESCO Youth Conference

"Youth wants to be challenged"...That was what one of the key speakers told in his speech while me and Olga were listening and a bit wondering about how to start our C:F speech.

Yes, the youth needs to be challenged to be more creative, to be more innovative and to take action instead of just speaking out. They need to be challenged to create miracles in life and to become the change agents of the world suffering form many problems.

Networking! The 7th UNESCO Youth Forum once again showed me and proved me how networking can connect lives to each other across the borders and how enables them to cooperate in order to reach their dream: “their dream of a more peaceful and a less suffering world”.

I was so lucky to have the chance to be an observer in this youth forum as it opened a new perspective in my life. The forum once again showed me how similar we are despite our differences, different religions, different traditions, different nationalities and different colour.

United colors of the world was present at the 7th UNESCO Youth Forum, and each of those colors were representatives of a unique spirit with the passion to create a change on earth. They were all sayıing “Here I am!” and they were all taking action through coming there by passing miles accross borders. They were saying “We are the power of the world”. As Melody (a key speaker-founder of InspirEngage) mentioned in one of her slides, “it is our differences far more than our sameness that will, in the end save humanity”.
