Most meaningful

Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time. This is what Sir John Lubbock, English banker, mathematician and astronomer said back in the 19th century. How about now? How would we define a meaningful vacation?

C:F Community, it is time for a new fun challenge! Let’s find the path towards the most meaningful vacation, shall we?!

What to do?

Submit a photo of your meaningful vacation! Post the picture, spread your creativity wings and take us on a ride through your awesome vacation memories! Please add a comment on how the picture is showing a meaningful vacation.

The 3 QC winners, selected by our community Judges among the top 10 entries with most votes, will win a C:F T-shirt and a meaningful book: Joel Barker’s “Five Regions of the Future”!

Here are the basic rules of this QC:

(1) Please submit your original personal photo and add a comment on how the picture shows a meaningful vacation. Any entry that does not comply with the required task stated above will be removed immediately along with the associated sparks. The photo must be your original work.

(2) The submission starts on July 29th 2011, 5PM CEST

(3) The start of voting is on August 31th 2011, 5PM CEST

(4) Voting ends on September 7th 2011, 5PM CEST

(5) All C:F members with 50 sparks and higher can vote. You are more than welcome to invite others outside of the C:F community to vote for you. Please note that we are wary of votes from the same IP.

(6) The winners will be announced on September 13th 2011.
