I believe in the Butterfly Effect that small actions can lead to big change. I also enjoy working with innovation teams and am particularly passionate about addressing poverty through healthcare and rural development. Overall, I believe in the need for innovation and governance towards making the World a better place.

To help achieve those goals, I collaborated in several teams, winning global innovation challenges such as the Ideealab Challenge, and the Daimler-UNESCO Mondialogo Engineering Award for tackling food and water problems in rural India. I was also selected to lead Singapore's delegation for the ASEAN Youth Forum for Innovation & Creativity (AYFIC).

I have recently graduated with Honours in Engineering Science specializing in Nanotechnology under the University Scholars Programme at the National University of Singapore. I have also published papers on photonics and desalination technologies. My passion for innovation brought me to Silicon Valley where I worked at Zong mobile payments. After studying at Stanford University, I received my minor in Technopreneurship. I then studied Innovation, Global Health Policy and Health Systems at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. I have also written multi-disciplinary cases on mobile commerce, elderly care, rural health and healthcare in 2030.

Previously, I worked on sustainable technologies at the Housing and Development Board. I was also tasked to refine innovation management at the Ministry of Home Affairs. I have also organised and provided advice for cultural events and competitions. I co-founded an energy non-profit and an inter-faith youth society. In my spare time, I do graphic designs, play city-building games and work on DIY prototypes with my friends.
