Hi,
"My name is Maggie Peng. I am a member of the C:F staff...."

Chances are, if you have been a CF member for a while, you probably received some notification/emails that sounds like that from me. =) Well, if you ever wondered who this "Maggie - C:F staff" that keeps on talking to you...is she a real person or just a spam machine... then read on.

Yes, Maggie is real. I've been occupying physical space for 24 years now. I have black hair and dark brown eyes. I speak Chinese and English. I am humble due to my chinese roots. I am also honest and analytical from my education background.

As this is my personal bio, I want to express why I am committed to the Challenge:Future initiative. Frankly, I am driven to do the best I can for this project because I believe that I am making a change by being involved in CF. And no, "change" is not just a glamourous word used in presidential campaign. To me, this change includes many new opportunities, both practical and ideological. It means:

- a chance for me to learn and contribute while in a foreign country;
- a chance for my opinions regarding the project to be heard;
- a chance to work in a personal/warm working environment where work = nurturing something I cherish instead of filling a quota.
- a chance to interact with CF members from all over the world
- a chance to introduce CF to students, schools and corporate organizations.
- a chance to be included on a initiative that rallies our generation to challenge the existing ways of our world for a better future.
- a chance to witness the creation of potentially game-changing ideas.

I hope you have fun and enjoy the CF experience. Every detail of this competition, down to a line on the blue bar, is embedded with our well-wishes and consideration for you.

On the other hand, I am a very warm person (yes, I can provide references for that). So don't let my "lab report" style of writing confuse you, I am approachable. Feel free to msg me about anything. You can also find me on facebook or twitter. Yes, I can be on fb or twitter at work, how awesome is that?
