Abstract

Considering the fact that the Company is engaged in organic farming, there is a need to educate experts in that field. The Company has worked succesfully for many years, so it has developed its own system of education. Firstly, the kindergarten was organized for children of Company's employees. The system of education is based on two levels. The first level is based on theory, and is devided on micro and macro level, and the second level is concentrated on the work simulation. While learning about organic farming and agriculture, they have to master their knowledge about IT rain and smart watches because they are very important in the process of growing and cultivation. Employees in the Company are expected to work in the fields until they turn 50 years old, and after that age they become mentors for students. The education system has recognized the waist and is very respected in the world.

I love the idea of organic farming farming and focusing on the agricultural sector of your nation. My only concern is how it seems you are creating a sort of farming dynasty for The Company's employees. The concept of a company having it's own education system for your employees is kind of troubling. I mean, what if those children of your employees do not wish to continue working for your company? To be educated from childhood to go into a company is like deciding the fate of the child already. Just want to push these constructive points out there.


We'd love to hear your feedback for our solution as well, seeing that we might be doing work for the education sector in the future and early collaborations are always ideal. :)
